The 4th Annual ATO Battle of the Buffalo will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2012 at Joe Davis Stadium, 5:00 – 10:00 p.m. The ever-popular buffalo styled chicken wing takes center stage every year as over 500 guests enjoy thousands of wings provided by local restaurants. Guests enjoy live music from local musicians and participate in other special events, such as a wing eating competition and a silent auction. There is also a contest for “Best Wings”, with judging by community leaders, including Mayor Tommy Battle. Activities for young children are included, such as a Kid’s Zone and kid friendly food. The event is held in memory of Paul Salmon who was a member of the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity at UAHuntsville. Paul passed away from Leukemia in 2007. Calling all Dog Lovers...
The 1st Annual Hounds in a Hurry...to find a cure! will be held at Hampton Cove Middle School Track on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Form a team to walk, with or without man's best friend, to benefit the Foundation. Enjoy refreshments, live music, exhibitors and enter your fashionable dog in the Haute Dog Fashion Show. Register as a team or an individual on our website.
